Bringing 40 years experience in cleaning, restoration, project management and damage appraisals, Mr. Cassani handles the high-profile projects for Steamatic of Sacramento. Mr. Cassani has provided professional consulting and expert witness services as a fire and water damage restoration consultant for insurance companies, public entities and attorneys. He is qualified as an expert in personal property appraisal, cleaning, restoration and remediation by the Superior Court and U.S. Federal Court in Sacramento. Mr. Cassani was the first restoration contractor in Sacramento to become a Certified Restorer as designated by the Association of Specialists in Cleaning and Restoration (ASCR). Mr. Cassani holds many other certifications including Certified Air System Cleaning Specialist through the National Air Duct Cleaners Associations (NADCA). Mr. Cassani is a licensed general contractor through the state of California with a specialty license for air duct cleaning.
